Scott Carr is a cartoonist and illustrator based in New York. He received his BA in Art/Illustration in 2011 from Central Connecticut State University. His work has been featured in The New Yorker, Vice and Smoke Signal. He’s also the creator of an ongoing comic art project called Specks of Dust.
