Scott Carr is a cartoonist and illustrator based in New York. He received his BA in Art/Illustration in 2011 from Central Connecticut State University. His work has been featured in The New Yorker, Vice and Smoke Signal. He’s also the creator of Specks of Dust, a collaborative comic project where the community can help shape the narrative.
